CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your membership at any time. To do so, please sign in to your account, click on your avatar in the upper right corner, select settings, and then billing. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your available content until the end of your current billing cycle.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds, including partial membership refunds.
 

Individual Programs

REFUND POLICY

If you enroll in one of our live programs as a non-member, you have 7 days after the course start date to request a refund. Refunds are offered in full, up to that point, no questions asked. You will, of course, lose access to the program when you request a refund.
